Ruth has integrated a rich palette of leadership skills from her extensive experience in leading teams during the development of high rise office buildings in San Francisco. Subsequently, she developed and sold her wealth management firm in 2007. Being a Certified Integral Coach® via New Ventures West in San Francisco, she launched Luminare Coaching and Consulting in 2004 to serve Silicon Valley leaders and beyond.

Ruth welcomes opportunities to deliver creative and inspiring talks for professional associations. She has presented at the San Francisco Business Round Table, Microsoft's Certified Solution Partners, Right Management and Northern CA Business Marketing Association Roundtable.

She is a long term member of Watermark and co-leads the Peninsula WLU group, Fountain Blue, NorCal Business Marketing Association, International Coach Federation, and serves on advisory teams for ASTIA in Silicon Valley. Ruth graduated from Golden Gate University with a BS in Business Management. She enjoys mentoring, serving community projects, sustainable gardening, cooking, and loves art and cultural events.
