As a Leadership Coach and Trusted Advisor, Ruth Simone shares her keen insight into the bigger picture of an organization or team culture.

Believing that it takes different thinking to solve newer problems, Ruth often seeks the wisdom of her trusted advisor team while developing more complex projects.

Ruth leads each client relationship with a rich set of skills developed over 25+ years of entrepreneurial and executive experience where she discovered the art of “best practices” in meeting each client's needs.

For 16 years, Ruth thrived in leading professional teams in developing financial planning and wealth management for small business and family clients. In prior roles, she also lead asset management and project management teams for high-rise office building construction and development.

She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Golden Gate University, and a Certification as an Integral® Coach from New Ventures West. In her full engagement practice, she continues to strengthen and build on the solid foundations of her experience by finding unique ways to garner and contribute support for professional associations.

Long-term professional memberships are the Professional Coach and Mentor Association, Silicon Valley Association of Startup Entrepreneurs, National Association of Women Business Owners, Women in Consulting, Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives, Professional Women of CA, the International Coach Federation.

Ruth appreciates opportunities to share her motivating insight as a guest speaker for groups and associations, and frequently leads inspiring seminars and workshops.

To maintain essential lifestyle balance, Ruth pursues her zest for living with her husband, Guy, and flourishes in the development of creative projects and giving back with enlivening probono work, mentoring, and revitaliziing community service.
